There is salmon and there is Loch Duart salmon. A beautiful whole side of Smoked Salmon, presented Long sliced, D-Cut or V-Cut. The centrepiece of any celebration. The fresh fish are prepared in the smokehouse, and then salted before they are smoked for up to 12 hours over a mixture of oak and beech chips in our own traditional kilns. The smoked fillets are then pin-boned, trimmed, sliced and packed.

Freezing & storage

Please keep refrigerated between 0 and 5°C.

This product is suitable for home freezing for up to 6 months. Please freeze on delivery and consume on day of defrost.
