Well known for their rosy-hued colour, the rosate olives are naturally preserved using a traditional recipe blended with extra virgin olive oil from the region without any additives or colourings. Suitable for vegetarians.

Ancient methods of preserving vegetables and fruits cultivated and harvested in the countryside of Matera such as drying, sugar, salt, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice are selected. Skillful hands meet ancient tradition in the company kitchens to achieve perfectly preserved naturally ripened produce in 100% recyclable glass containers. From the classic sweet-and-sour Italian ‘giardiniera’ to classic tomato purée, they produce delicious preserved vegetables, tomato sauces, patés and jams without additives or colourings.
How to enjoy: Serve with toast or rustic bread with a selection of antipasto.
