The Makers' Inspiration
Alex, our founder, first made chorizo in a wine fridge during his paternity leave. While the initial neglect is a humorous memory, the resulting chorizo proved to be exceptional.
How We Make It
We use coarsely ground pork, processed nose to tail, combined with rich back fat and seasoned with a blend of spices, prominently featuring smoked paprika. After curing for several months to deepen the flavor, the chorizo is ready to be sliced for your grazing board or culinary creations.
