Juice production process:

The juice is pressed in the region where the oranges are cultivated. Fresh fruits are immediately taken to the pressing facility after harvest, capturing the full flavour and aroma of the fruit picked straight from the tree.

The fruits are washed, placed in the juicer, sliced, and pressed in a way that extracts the juice without damaging the peel. The extracted juice, a product of the passion and tradition of our southern partners, is then poured into collective containers and subsequently cooled or frozen. Upon arrival at our facility, it is bottled into glass bottles or Bag in Box pouches.

Before being poured into pouches and bottles, the juice is pasteurised at 80°C, ensuring it remains fresh for an extended period.

We are a juice producer with our own pressing facilities, equipped with a press for extraction and fillers for packaging juices into bag-in-box and bottle formats. Our juices are freshly produced in line with customer orders, ensuring that we always deliver fresh products.

Packaging:

The juice comes in a convenient and easy-to-handle glass container, ensuring the flavour’s freshness is preserved.

Packaged in collective boxes or multipacks, our juice comes in eco-friendly cardboard packaging or shrink wraps. This not only facilitates easier storage but also provides enhanced protection for the bottles during transit.

Storage:

Should be stored in a cool, shaded place at temperatures between 2 and 20°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Shelf Life:

9 months from the date of production.
