The rum is macerated in oak charred whiskey staves, which have been infused with French Brandy and Bourbon for a set time, then a mixture of spices, being added at different stages while ageing, which provides for the lovely golden appearance and warming notes. The rum also boasts flavours of rich caramel, vanilla and nutmeg. It’s great neat on ice or with a fiery ginger beer.
